Celebrities Dare Trump Supporters To Boycott Their Movies Until Conservatives Respond

Many people complain about President Donald Trump’s combative style and some are even filled with anxiety when he tweets, but there’s one thing we ALL can agree on: Trump never backs down in a feud as he’s proved with a handful of tiff’s with celebrities last year.

It’s not exactly a secret that most celebrities don’t like Donald Trump. Scores of them threatened to leave the country during the election if voters chose him over Hillary Clinton, although none of them actually followed through with their threat. The new tactic is to tell Trump supporters that they don’t want them watching their films — but that quickly backfired.

Actresses Ellen Pompeo and Olivia Wilde both have lashed out at fans of theirs who also supported Donald Trump. Pompeo is best known for her role as Meredith Grey in the television show “Grey’s Anatomy”, although she has also appeared in films like “Old School” and “Catch Me If You Can”. She started the brouhaha with a tweet telling Trump supporters to go “f***” themselves.

And it only got worse from there:

She then fired off a tweet telling Trump supporters she didn’t want them as fans:

Even when female Trump supporters who were fans of hers reacted with sadness, she still refused to back down:

And she made sure to let everyone know that this was all her:

Meanwhile, actress Olivia Wilde, who has starred in the television show “House” and movies like “Tron: Legacy” also jumped on the anti-Trump train.

Last year, Trump reminded us of his feud with Vanity Fair after a publication apologized for a video making fun of Hillary Clinton that upset supporters. President Trump used this as an opportunity to attack Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of Vogue.

Another notable Trump fight was after he dissed Michael Moore’s anti-Trump Broadway show, “The Terms of My Surrender.”

Despite Moore’s political project earned only $4.2 million — which is less than half of what they expected to earn, the show still continued the 12 weeks planned and did not close early as Trump claimed.

Trump also feuded with Mark Cuban throughout the 2016 campaign. That feud continued when word got around that the Dallas Mavericks owner and investor on the reality TV show “Shark Tank” had considered his own presidential run, Trump reminding the world that he is not fond of his fellow business mogul through a cutting tweet.

Based on Trump’s previous tweets, everyone knows that he is not a fan of Madonna. The pop star made a big mistake with controversial comments about Trump in a fiery speech at the Women’s March in Washington, he renewed his dislike for her calling her “disgusting.” Madonna was ‘outraged’ and said,”Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House. But I know this won’t change anything.”

Hollywood thinks they can continue on their bandwagon against President Trump. But is may not work out as well for them as they think it will, though; Trump supporters make up a large part of the population. And if their parts start drying up, then will their so-called “principles” have been worth it?
